The location was exceptional, situated near the Seta and only a short walk to the Cathedral. The room was comfortable, with all needed amenities, and the breakfast was laid out beautifully. The staff, especially during breakfast, were warm and welcoming.

the misleading ad about room availability woudl ve been the last straw if not for the annoying thin walls, where every roll of the mattress kept me awake. I expected at least a complimentary coffee setup in the room—definitely not the royal treatment I anticipated at this so-called hotel. Almost gave it a decent review, just couldn't.

Nuea Santiago15 is a delightful boutique hotel with kind and attentive staff, especially Antonio and Carlos, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the location was ideal for exploring Seville.

It was just an ideal choice for a quick stop in Seville with incredible value for money. The staff were super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Try to book a room away from the breakfast area for a quieter experience.
